Return Policy:
For Premier Body Armor Products:
Premier will no longer offer refunds or exchanges effective 5/15/20 unless they are at fault in the logistics, quality or craftsmanship of the product/order. There are no returns of Premier products. If a return and refund is exchanged, Protector Capital reserves the right to charge $20 Restocking Fee per plate.
There are no returns for BulletSafe Bulletproof Vests.
There are no returns for Acelink Armor
For Rothco Products:
You can return Rothco's products purchased from Protector Capital only if the product is unopened. You will have 10 days to contact us for a return. Anything past that, the refund will not be processed. There will be a $65 restocking fee. Shipping and Handling is the customer's responsibility and will not be reimbursed. All fees must be paid upfront and product must be shipped back to original destination before any products get shipped back out and/or when a refund is necessary.
All orders are processed immediately to ensure prompt delivery and therefore no modifications to the order can be made.
If there is any issue with your order upon delivery, you must contact us within 24 hours. We will determine what the details are and will move forward from there. We reserve the right to charge a starting fee of $65 and restocking fee of $25 per item plus any additional fees. Customer is responsible for any shipping/handling fees associated with their request.
